Whether a stay-cation, golf get-away, wedding, family reunion, or retreat - The Farmhouse at Hunter's Ridge offers the perfect setting for your group's lodging & enjoyment. Built in 1874 and situated at the entrance of the Links at Hunter's Ridge Golf Course you'll be immersed in charm & serenity inside and out. Nostalgia abounds with a bright open floorplan and 4 bedrooms sleeping 12 people. Outdoor fun awaits on the expansive, private grounds offering scenic beauty & nature overlooking the stunning Jerry Matthews course. Please note no parties are allowed with lodging-only rentals other than your 12 registered guests and pre-approved visitors. Contracts and booking systems for larger private events are different. Unwind in the Country with Nature
Newly available as an entire residence rental your group will be wowed by the vintage charm and historic details featured throughout the property. Outside you will find multiple sitting areas including a large open deck with a gas grill and dining table, covered side porch, secret garden & patio, and a large outdoor firepit area surrounded by expansive open grounds perfect for outdoor games. Inside you'll enjoy modern conveniences including a large entertaining area featuring fully-reclining, theater-style seating for 6 people, a large-screen TV and game table with seating for 6 people. All beds have high-quality mattresses and bedding and are either King, Queen or XL Twin size. Located directly off the main entertaining area is a clean and updated kitchen featuring another game, eating or conversation area with additional seating for four. Unpack your bags and start enjoying from the minute you walk in as this turn-key private property is fully appointed with all your cooking and serving needs including dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and towels. Also enjoy the benefit of the Clubhouse in your backyard with a full bar and food service (seasonally). We are dog friendly with prior approval.

While The Farmhouse of Hunter's Ridge is located in a rural country setting there is a brand-new convenience store with food, staples, liquor, gas and a Dunkin' Donuts just 5 minutes away. You are also a close 15-minute drive to the charming restaurants and shops in the downtown Howell, a premier outlet mall and many fun antique and specialty stores. There is an abundance of outdoor recreation areas nearby for swimming, boating, golfing, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking and more. Seasonally you will find amazing farmer's markets, orchards, cider mills, festivals, sunflower fields and other interesting u-pick farms and more.
